Leanne Planck

Drawing on a powerful combination of consulting and senior finance executive experience, Leanne provides clients with practical, cost-effective and robust solutions.

Leanne has extensive experience in post-merger integration, shared services, business process improvement, restructuring and planning and reporting. She has helped clients, across a range of industries, to improve their businesses and transform their processes, systems and people.

Prior to establishing LMN consulting, Leanne held senior financial executive positions in Australia, Europe and worldwide. As a finance executive in a global chemical company she designed and implemented the worldwide planning processes. As the European finance manager for $5 billion business, she established its European finance team, standardised system and processes, and helped the business to achieve world-class cost levels. Her consulting experience includes as director of Ernst & Young management consulting specialising in performance improvement.

Leanne is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Director of a number of organisations including Melbourne Health where she is the Chair of the Finance Committee.
